Day 1: Arrival

– Arrival at your camp before lunch, after check-in you will receive a welcome speech from our Camp Manager.
– Pick up your pack lunch and hike to the Saint Croix lake.
– After lunch, start the [it’s] Treasure Hunt around the village: divided in group of 5 students will have to find various clues to learn history of Les Salles.
– Dinner from 7 pm at the camp.
– Introduction games & bedtime at 9:30 pm.

Day 2: Kayaking & Fishing

– After breakfast at your camp, students will be divided in 2 groups:

• Group 1: Fishing course: Safe and friendly introduction of fishing. Select, set up and operate a spinning fishing rod. Select various baits, lures and choose the worms. When having caught a fish learn how to unhook it and release it.
• Group 2: Kayaking: Learn the basic skills that all paddlers need. We encourage students to practice a deep-water wet exit and an assisted re-entry which is a safety skill every paddler should own!

– In the afternoon, the groups will exchange activities.
– After dinner, Night walk with observation of stars.

Day 3: Moustiers Sainte Marie

– Breakfast at your camp from 7:30 am.
– Excursion to Moustiers Sainte Marie by private bus.
– Visit the incredible Notre Dame de Beauvoir Chapel and discover the legend of Star which hangs on a 135 meters-long-chain.

– After lunch in the village, you will attend to a “faïence” workshop, to learn the ceramic traditional art.

– Return to your camp and dinner.
– Groups Games.

Day 4: Verdon Canyon

– Breakfast at your camp from 7:30 am.

– Outdoor day in the Verdon Canyon, learn with our professional guides about the creation of the canyon, the highest in Europe. During the hike, discover also the fauna & the flora, the human impact especially with the hydroelectric dams, the ecology and the geology.

– Return to the camp, you will attend to few workshops to sum-up all knowledge accumulated.

– Dinner following by a Talent show or a Disco.

Day 5: Departure

– Breakfast at your camp from 8:30 am.

– After packing, divided in group of 5 students, you will compete in various sports around the village.

– BBQ lunch at the camp.

– Award Ceremony and farewell party.

– Departure and journey back home.
