Day 1 – Arrival

– Arrival at Hanoi Airport. Depending on your arrival time, we’ll start by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Ho Chi Minh’s house.
– Thereafter we’ll go to the Hanoi Army Museum, Air Force Museum and Hoa Lo Prison to get a perspective on the conflict from the northern side. – Guided tour of the Old Quarter and shopping. The Water Puppet Show may be possible depending on your arrival date.
– Dinner in a local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 – Halong Bay

– After breakfast, private transfer to Tuan Chau harbour to embark on the cruise ship that will be your new home for one night.
– Buffet lunch on board.
– After lunch we will explore Lan Ha-Ha Long bay and go kayaking or swimming (if the weather permits).
– Before dinner cooking demonstration will introduce you to Vietnamese cuisine.
– Dinner and overnight on the cruise ship.

Day 3 – Last day cruise & return to Hanoi

– Before breakfast we invite you to join Taichi section on sundeck.
– Visit of Viet Hai Village – charming fishermen village situated in the heart of Cat Ba National Park. Visit of a fish / shrimp sauce factory.
– Return on-board to relax, have a brunch prepare for check out.
– Transfer back to the hotel and dinner nearby.

Day 4 – Exploration of Vietnamese cuisine

– Vietnamese coffee workshop & Chocolate Making Class.
– After lunch, ready for a fun break at the Escape Game of Hanoi.
– Vietnamese Cuisine Cookery Class followed by dinner.
– Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 5 – La ferme du Colvert

– After breakfast private transfer to La ferme du Colvert.
– After lunch visit of vegetables garden & cookery class.
– Introduction to farm life or Free time to enjoy swimming pool.
– Cultural exchange: Meet Hoa Ban local students.
– Dinner and overnight at the La ferme du Colvert.

Day 6 – La ferme du Colvert

– Breakfast at the La ferme du Colvert.
– Introduction to local Quali-tea – discover farming, harvest green tea.
– Muong cultural discovery, Green tea ceremony with Muong hotess
– Free time to enjoy swimming pool
– Dinner & transfer back to the hotel

Day 7 – Local market and Cooking challenge

– Visit of local Chau Long Market to select ingredients for farewell dinner.
– Cookery Class – preparing farewell dinner.
– Farewell dinner
– Transfer to the hotel

Day 8 – Departure

– Transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
